Cheaper than $99 an account: four LinkedIn tools priced below Expandi
Same need as one Expandi seat, billed monthly in dollars: one LinkedIn account, with or without email. Expandi includes an email step, so the fair comparison is a plan that sends emails too; where a tool only covers LinkedIn, we say so.
- Emelia Start, $37: 1 LinkedIn account and 3 mailboxes with warm-up, email finder and API. Grow covers 3 accounts for $97, less than one Expandi seat.
- Waalaxy Business, $69 on its dollar price list: LinkedIn and cold email, 800 invitations a month. If LinkedIn alone is enough, Pro costs $19 for 300 invitations a month. Waalaxy's euro price list uses other figures.
- Dripify Basic, $59: LinkedIn plus an email step from one Gmail or Outlook mailbox, but 1 campaign at a time; Pro ($79) lifts that limit.
- HeyReach Growth, $79, then $59 per account from 10: cheaper for LinkedIn only, because HeyReach sends no email itself; it hands leads to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, each a separate subscription.
The Expandi features worth checking in any replacement
Before switching, list what you use. Some of it is specific to Expandi and not every alternative has it.
- LinkedIn actions beyond invitations and messages: InMail (paid ones need Sales Navigator), event invitations, messages to group members, invitations to follow a company page, campaigns that start from profile or company-page visitors, and the Mobile Connector.
- Three native CRMs for every customer: HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, without a higher plan to unlock.
- A price that has not moved since February 2024, with every feature on the one plan.
- A Global Inbox that gathers the LinkedIn conversations of every account in a workspace.
Alternatives that send cold email at volume, with warm-up and an email finder
Expandi's email step needs an address you already have, goes out through the SMTP mailbox connected to each LinkedIn account and leaves replies to Gmail or Outlook. If email is half your pipeline, these tools treat it as a channel of its own.
Emelia
3, 50 or unlimited mailboxes depending on the plan, warm-up included, one inbox for replies, and an email finder that uses 1 credit only when it finds an address. LinkedIn steps run in the same sequences, with 1 to 10 accounts included.
lemlist
Multichannel costs €109 a month per user, with 1 LinkedIn account and up to 5 sending addresses each. lemwarm Essential warm-up is included; finding and verifying an email uses 5 credits.
La Growth Machine
Billed per "identity" (a LinkedIn account and its email addresses): €60 on Basic with 1 address, €120 on Pro with 5. Its finder uses 5 credits per verified email; there is no built-in warm-up (it points to MailWarm or MailReach).
Or keep Expandi and add Smartlead
Expandi's own answer to volume: each LinkedIn account can push leads into a Smartlead campaign, and import leads from it. You then pay for two tools and run two inboxes.
Running client accounts: a public white-label price list, or Expandi's quote
Expandi's white label is thorough: your domain, logo and colours, your own Stripe account to bill clients, voucher codes to activate their accounts. But it sits in the Agency plan, from 10 seats, at a price Expandi does not publish.
- HeyReach publishes its agency prices: $999 a month for 25 LinkedIn senders, $1,399 for 50, $2,999 for Unlimited (up to 300), white label included from Agency. Proxies are yours to provide on those plans, and email sending stays in a separate tool.
- Dripify offers no white label.
- Emelia prices agency work by plan: 10 LinkedIn accounts and unlimited mailboxes on Scale for $297, $29 per extra account. White label is not part of its plans.
How Expandi's rivals bill: per account, per user or per plan
The unit each tool charges for decides how the bill grows with your team. Prices are monthly list prices.
