No public Kaspr promo code: what referrals and the checkout coupon field give
Kaspr publishes no discount code, although its checkout has a coupon field. The free credits come from referrals instead, which need a LinkedIn account with at least 20 connections:
- “Gold”: 3 colleagues sign up with the extension, and you get unlimited work emails for life.
- “Standard”: 10 phone credits per person referred, 100 at most.
- Affiliates: a 4-tier partner programme and a data reseller programme; commission rates are not published.
Kaspr plans: Free, Starter, Business and Enterprise, licence by licence
Per licence and per month, excluding VAT, billed monthly: the only option the pricing page shows today. Credits are given per licence, then shared by the team on paid plans.

Free includes 15 work emails a month per the pricing table; the help centre makes them unlimited when 3 colleagues join. Export quotas are counted by the year on the pricing page (12,000 on Starter, 30,000 on Business) and by the month in the help centre (1,000 and 2,500 on monthly billing).
Same plan, two price lists: €59 or $65 for Starter
Kaspr’s pricing page has a currency menu with three price lists. The euro is selected by default for every visitor; its help centre says currencies depend on location, without more detail. Kaspr’s terms state that prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT, and KASPR SAS is a French company.
The lists are not conversions of each other. Business costs the same figure in euros and dollars, Starter does not, and add-on packs cost a few percent more in dollars. On this site, Kaspr’s prices follow your currency; Emelia shows the same figure in euros and in dollars.
- Starter: €59 · £51 · $65 a month per licence.
- Business: €99 · £85 · $99 a month per licence.
- 1,000 phone credits: €280 · $288 a month.
Kaspr pricing 2025 vs 2026: unchanged prices, no annual option on the page
Archived copies of the pricing page show the same monthly prices since October 2024 at least. What changed is how they are shown: until the capture of August 4, 2026, a toggle displayed the yearly price by default (“Annually 25% off”); in the capture of September 12, 2026, the toggle is gone and only monthly prices remain, although the yearly ones are still in the page’s code (€45 a month on Starter, €79 on Business).
Kaspr’s help centre has not dropped yearly billing, but without an account there was no way to confirm it is still on sale. The “25%” discount Kaspr advertised was, on its own price lists, 23.7% on Starter in euros, 24.6% in dollars and 20.2% on Business.
- Free plan: unlimited work emails after referrals and 10 exports in October 2024; 15 work emails a month and an export limit of 100 since.
- Exports: 250 a month on Starter and 1,000 on Business in October 2024; up to 12,000 and 30,000 a year now.
- API on Starter (English page): 60 requests a day before, 250 now; the other languages still say 60.
- Top plan: the old Organization plan (yearly only, at least 5 licences) gave way to Enterprise, on quote.
Export credits: paying each time a lead leaves Kaspr
Kaspr does not send emails, so the work emails it finds have to go somewhere: a CSV file, a CRM, or a sending tool such as lemlist or Brevo. Each lead that leaves costs 1 export credit, every time, even the same lead exported twice; each successful API call costs one too. The quota included with a licence is not stated the same way everywhere: the pricing page gives Starter 12,000 exports a year and Business 30,000, the help centre 1,000 and 2,500 a month for monthly subscribers.
Below the quota, nothing changes. Above it, export packs start at €50 for 500 and go down to €0.03 a credit at 10,000. Emelia has no export credit: the emails found are used in the same tool that sends.

Phone and personal-email packs: renewed monthly, never carried over
Paying subscribers can add credits “at any time”. A monthly pack renews automatically every month, and unused add-on credits do not roll over. The price per credit falls with the size of the pack: a phone number from €0.35 down to €0.20, a personal email from €0.16 down to €0.11. Yearly packs give ten times the credits for ten times the price, with no discount. The pack is chosen on a slider, one size per credit type; nothing says two packs of the same type can be stacked.
The plan’s own monthly credits are another matter: the pricing page promises they carry over to the next month, while the terms have them expire when the subscription period ends, except on “certain types of PREMIUM Subscriptions”. Cancelling wipes out every credit, add-ons included. The add-on window also has typos, such as 2,500 phone credits at $644 shown as $0.31 a credit.

100 phone numbers or 2,000: who charges less, Kaspr or Emelia
Same need on both sides, one person, billed monthly. Kaspr: the cheapest plan, then the smallest monthly pack of each type that covers the rest. Emelia: Start plus the monthly credit pack that covers it, at 1 credit per email and 50 per phone number.

Kaspr’s figures come from the price list of your currency, and its euro and dollar lists do not match (Starter: €59 against $65); Emelia’s figure is identical in both. Counting phone numbers only, the cheaper tool flips with the volume: Emelia comes out ahead from 750 to 1,000 and from 1,250 to 2,000 numbers a month, Kaspr up to 700 and from 1,050 to 1,200, because Emelia’s packs climb in steps (50,000 credits buy 1,000 numbers, 100,000 buy 2,000). Beyond 2,000 numbers a month, Emelia has no larger pack, while Kaspr sells up to 10,000 phone credits a month (€0.20 each). On emails, Kaspr wins while the exports fit in the quota of its licences or the emails never leave it; Emelia wins once they go beyond it (the 10,000-export pack is on Kaspr’s pricing page; its help centre lists packs up to 5,000). Left out of the totals: the 3 sending mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account that come with Emelia Start, and the credits Emelia gives once at signup.
Price your own volume: numbers and emails per month
Set the work emails and phone numbers you need each month, the people who reveal them, and whether the emails leave Kaspr: the calculator picks the cheapest Kaspr plan and packs, and the Emelia pack that covers the same need.
Starter × 1 (€59): 100 numbers and 1,000 exports includedWith this setup, Kaspr is cheaper by €77 per month.
How each tool charges
Kaspr bills a licence per person: €59 on Starter (100 numbers a month), €99 on Business (200 numbers), work emails unlimited up to 10,000 a month per account. Beyond the included numbers and exports, monthly packs.
Emelia does not bill per user: Start (€37) plus the monthly credit pack that covers your volume. An email found costs 1 credit, a phone number 50; packs start at €19 for 1,000 credits. The credits given once at signup are not counted.
Excluding VAT, billed monthly (Kaspr no longer shows yearly prices). Kaspr: phone numbers called from Kaspr, without export; one monthly pack per credit type, the smallest that covers the need; exports at 1 credit per email, 10 included on Free (the lower of Kaspr’s two figures). Emelia: the credits given once at signup are not counted.
The free plan: 15 work emails a month, or unlimited after 3 referrals
Kaspr’s free plan has no time limit and asks for no card. On work emails, its pages part ways: a ceiling of 15 a month on the pricing page, none at all in the help centre after 3 referred colleagues have signed up. It also gives 5 numbers and 5 personal emails a month; the export limit is 100 in the pricing table and 10 a month in the help centre. Credits are personal (not shared), and up to 20 people can join a free workspace, each with their own.
There is no trial of the paid plans: the free plan stands in for one. On this point Kaspr does better than Emelia, which offers a 7-day trial without a card and no free plan.
Leaving Kaspr: 48 hours’ notice, automatic renewal, no refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same length and price. Notice before renewal: 48 hours on monthly billing, one month on yearly billing according to the terms (at least 30 days according to the help centre). Cancel by email or from the account; without notice, the plan renews and “any Subscription that has been started is due in full”.
Nothing is refunded and credits cannot be exchanged. There is no pause: unsubscribing is the only way to stop billing. A downgrade only takes effect at renewal, with the same notice; at the end, the account goes back to Free and the workspace and its credits are deleted. A price increase is announced 15 days before renewal, and you may keep your old plan for up to 1 year. The terms fall under French law, with the courts of Paris; late payment adds a fixed €40 fee.
Licences, API and Enterprise: Kaspr pricing questions
Yes, the admin included: “each license is for one user only”. On paid plans, the credits of all licences are pooled in the workspace; Business lets you cap what each member spends. Emelia does not bill per user: a plan covers the team, priced by mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts.
It has no price of its own: access is granted on request from Starter, capped at 20 calls an hour, and the daily cap reads 250 on the English pricing page but 60 on the French, German and Spanish ones. Each call spends data credits plus 1 export credit. Emelia’s API is included in every plan, from 100 requests a minute on Start.
Enterprise is sold on quote, with unlimited work emails and phone numbers, SSO and advanced Salesforce enrichment. Its pricing page also lists intent data, which Kaspr’s comparison page with Cognism says is only available in Cognism. Kaspr publishes no price for it.
Emelia is a Kaspr competitor. We have tried to stay fair: every figure about Kaspr comes from its own website or public review sites.
