How Kaspr’s competitors bill a phone number
Prices in each vendor’s own currency, as published in October 2026; no winner is drawn between two currencies. For reference, Kaspr includes 100 numbers per licence on Starter (€59) and 200 on Business, then sells packs from €0.35 down to €0.20 a number.

Waalaxy

€39/month on ProKaspr vs Waalaxy - 7
PhantomBuster
Best for: Extracting lead lists from LinkedIn and other sitesBilled per plan, with execution hours and email credits included; its email finder charges a credit per attempt, found or not. It does not sell people’s mobile numbers.
€69/month on Start
Lusha and Apollo: credit-based, priced in dollars
Both bill in US dollars only, so they are set against Kaspr’s dollar price list: phone numbers found per month, one person, billed monthly.
Kaspr costs less than Lusha at every volume here. Apollo is the cheapest from 200 numbers a month, because a Basic licence already holds about 312 numbers’ worth of credits; the range comes from Apollo not saying how its extra-credit tiers apply.
One person, billed monthly, in dollars
- 100 numbers: Kaspr $65 (Starter), Lusha $69.90 (Pro, 500 credits), Apollo $65 (Basic).
- 200 numbers: Kaspr $99 (Business), Lusha $114.90 (Pro, 1,000 credits), Apollo $65 (Basic).
- 1,000 numbers: Kaspr $353 (Starter + 1,000 phone credits), Lusha $549.90 (Premium, 5,000 credits), Apollo $164 to $179 (Basic and extra credits).
What the price of a number leaves out
The catch is elsewhere. Lusha and Apollo also charge credits for emails (1 credit each), where Kaspr’s work emails are unlimited on paid plans; but Kaspr charges an export credit per lead that leaves it. Apollo includes sequences to email the contacts; Lusha’s Engage sends from each user’s Gmail or Outlook. The detailed head-to-head is on Kaspr vs Lusha.
Cognism and ZoomInfo: phone-verified mobiles and do-not-call lists, on quote
Cognism owns Kaspr and sells to bigger teams: quote only, 5 licences included, one credit per contact. What Kaspr’s own comparison page leaves to Cognism: mobiles verified by phone, checks against do-not-call lists and intent data. Kaspr checks no do-not-call list.
ZoomInfo claims 500M+ contacts and sells on contracts of 1 to 3 years, without a public subscription price. Neither publishes a price, so neither gets a price line here.
LinkedIn automation with an email finder: Waalaxy and PhantomBuster
These two answer a different question: not “where do I get the number”, but “how do I reach the people I find on LinkedIn”. Waalaxy sends invitations and messages and adds an email finder (25 credits a month on Pro, then packs); it can sit next to Kaspr, one for contact details, the other for outreach. The Kaspr vs Waalaxy page prices both on the same need.
PhantomBuster extracts lists from LinkedIn searches, Sales Navigator and other sites, then looks for emails through BetterContact, a credit per attempt. Neither reveals mobile numbers the way Kaspr does.
Finding the number and making first contact without switching tools
A common setup is Kaspr for contact details plus lemlist or Brevo for the emails: two subscriptions, and an export credit for every lead that moves from one to the other. Emelia does both jobs. The leads come from you: on every plan, it scrapes LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches or reads a CSV file, without limit; it then finds and verifies the email at 1 credit, the number at 50, and sends the campaign: cold email from 3, 50 or unlimited mailboxes, and LinkedIn invitations and messages from 1 to 10 accounts.
Pricing goes by plan rather than by user (€37, €97 or €297 a month), and nothing is charged for exports. What it does not have: a database of its own, personal emails, or a free plan.
Reasons to keep Kaspr
- You need 100 or 200 numbers a month per person: they come with the licence; at 100 numbers a month, Kaspr costs the same as Apollo in dollars, less than Lusha and less than Emelia.
- You want a free tool with no time limit: Kaspr’s free plan never expires; it allows 15 work emails a month by its pricing page, and unlimited ones by its help centre once 3 colleagues have joined.
- You need personal emails, which Kaspr sells as a credit type of its own; Emelia does not find them.
- You prospect from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite and want the details on the profile itself, in one click.
- You buy in euros: Kaspr has a euro price list, unlike Lusha and Apollo, with prices unchanged since 2024.
Kaspr alternatives: the best pick, free plans, sending
It depends on what pushes you away. For cheaper phone numbers at volume, in dollars: Apollo. For a credit-based database with an extension that also works in the CRM: Lusha. For phone-verified mobiles and compliance lists, with a quote: Cognism. To find contacts and also email them and message them on LinkedIn from one plan: Emelia.
Lusha (40 credits a month), Apollo (75 credits a month) and ZoomInfo Lite (10 credits). Cognism has none; Emelia offers a 7-day trial without a card. Kaspr’s own free plan has no time limit either.
Emelia sends cold email from several mailboxes with warm-up, and LinkedIn invitations and messages, in the same plan. Apollo has email sequences, Lusha sends sequences from each user’s Gmail or Outlook. Kaspr itself runs no email campaigns, judging by its pricing page and its Chrome Web Store entry; its English and French help centre, and some older pages, do still refer to LinkedIn sequences.
Emelia is a Kaspr competitor. We have tried to stay fair: every figure about Kaspr comes from its own website or public review sites.
