The bill for 1,000 work emails a month
The one need both tools sell: 1,000 work emails found per month, one person, billed monthly. Kaspr: Starter, whose included exports cover the emails sent to your sending tool. Waalaxy: Pro and its 25 credits, plus a 1,000-credit pack. Emelia: Start and a 1,000-credit pack.

Leaving the tool
Both vendors keep a euro and a dollar price list that do not match (Kaspr Starter: €59 or $65; Waalaxy Pro: €39 or $19), so their columns follow the currency you view the page in; Emelia charges the same figure in both. Between the two, Kaspr costs less in both currencies. The success rates are each vendor’s own figure, measured differently, and Kaspr’s dates from 2021.
Chrome extension or web app, free plan or trial
Kaspr lives in a Chrome extension, on top of LinkedIn, and only works there. Waalaxy went the other way: the whole tool now runs in the cloud, its Chrome extension has been taken off the Chrome Web Store (the announcement is dated July 1, 2026), and campaigns keep going with your computer switched off.
Kaspr has a free plan with no time limit and no card, although its own pages disagree on the work emails it includes: 15 a month on the pricing page, no ceiling in the help centre after 3 colleagues join. Waalaxy offers a 14-day trial instead, which its own pages describe two ways: started with a credit card and turned into a paid subscription at the end, per its help centre; with no card at all, per its blog. Its free plan of 80 invitations a month left the pricing page in April 2026. A “Freemium” account remains, with no automation and no campaigns according to the help centre, though the blog still mentions a few actions a day. On free use, Kaspr wins.
Contact data versus LinkedIn automation: two different jobs
Kaspr, a Paris company bought by Cognism, answers “what is this person’s email or mobile?”. Waalaxy, made by WAAPI SAS in Montpellier, answers “how do I invite and follow up with these people on LinkedIn without doing it by hand?”. Their only overlap is finding work emails.

Phone numbers: Kaspr has them, Waalaxy doesn’t
If you call your prospects, the choice is made: Waalaxy does not sell phone numbers. Kaspr includes 100 a month per licence on Starter (€59) and 200 on Business (€99), then sells monthly packs. Emelia finds them too, at 50 credits each: more expensive than Kaspr for a few hundred numbers a month, as the Kaspr pricing page shows.
Using both side by side, and what one tool can replace
The pairing is logical: Kaspr reveals the email and mobile on the LinkedIn profile, Waalaxy runs the invitations and follow-ups. It means two subscriptions, each billed per licence: €59 for Kaspr Starter and €39 for Waalaxy Pro, before any pack, and an export credit each time Kaspr hands a lead to another tool.
Emelia covers both halves: an email finder (1 credit) and phone finder (50 credits), LinkedIn invitations and messages from 1 account, and cold email from 3 mailboxes with warm-up, from €37 a month for the team. What it lacks next to Kaspr: a database of its own and personal emails.
Kaspr or Waalaxy: which one to choose if you only pay for one?
- You call, or you need personal emails: Kaspr. Waalaxy has neither.
- You want replies from LinkedIn, not just contact details: Waalaxy; Kaspr automates nothing.
- You only need work emails: Kaspr costs less than Waalaxy at 1,000 a month, but count an export credit per lead once you pass your plan’s quota.
- You want the email, the LinkedIn sequence and the cold email in one place: Emelia, from €37 a month, which also costs the least of the three for 1,000 emails.
Kaspr and Waalaxy questions
No. Kaspr finds contact details and stops there: its pricing page and Chrome Web Store listing describe contact enrichment only, with no email campaigns, even though its help centre (in English and French) and a few older pages still talk about LinkedIn sequences.
No. Waalaxy’s finder looks for work emails, at 1 credit per email found; for numbers, Kaspr or Emelia.
Emelia is a Kaspr competitor. We have tried to stay fair: every figure about Kaspr comes from its own website or public review sites.
