Start, Grow and Scale: one grid, the same figure in dollars and euros
Short answer: PhantomBuster costs €69 (Start), €159 (Grow) or €439 (Scale) a month, excluding VAT, or €56, €128 and €352 a month billed yearly. Every plan has every automation, the API and the MCP server; only the resources change.

Grow

Scale
€439/month

- ≈ 1,500,000 leads exported from searches with all the hours
- 10,000 email credits a month
- 90,000 AI credits, 20,000 URL Finder credits
Excluding VAT, by card only (Visa, Mastercard and American Express); the currency is set at the first payment. The yearly totals shown are €672, €1,536 and €4,224. The "-20%" shown on the pricing page is true of the amount PhantomBuster's own plan data bills (€663 a year for Start), but the price displayed per month is 18.8% below the monthly plan. Users are "unlimited" on the pricing page, 100 members per workspace in the help centre. Above Scale: a custom plan on quote.
Execution hours and slots: how many leads one PhantomBuster plan can scrape
Execution hours set the volume. They are the running time of every automation in the workspace, reset on the billing date, and the plan does not change the speed: about 12 minutes to export 1,000 leads from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, about 1 minute per profile with the Profile Scraper. With all their hours, Start could export about 100,000 search leads a month, Grow 400,000, Scale 1,500,000; detailed profile scraping uses far more time per lead.
In practice, LinkedIn caps the volume before the hours do: PhantomBuster advises no more than 1,000 search results a day per LinkedIn account (2,500 with Sales Navigator), and lets up to 4 accounts share one extraction. Those limits apply to any tool, Emelia included.
Slots are the automations you can keep on your dashboard: a Phantom takes 1, a Workflow up to 3. A Phantom you never launched still takes its slot; freeing one means deleting it, with its results and history. PhantomBuster also automates LinkedIn invitations and follow-ups (its Outreach Workflow takes 2 slots per LinkedIn account), but scraping is what most people buy it for.
Out of hours: automations pause until the next billing date
When a workspace has used its hours, PhantomBuster shows "Execution time exhausted" and every automation stops until the reset, early on the billing date, or until you move to a bigger plan. "No overage charges are applied automatically": you never get a surprise invoice, but your campaigns wait.
There is no top-up: neither hours nor slots can be bought during the month, and the help centre only offers two ways out, waiting or upgrading. Workflows also use hours outside the sending hours you choose, for background tasks. Emelia has no hour meter: LinkedIn actions and email sending are unlimited within the plan.
Email credits are spent per attempt, even when nothing is found
At PhantomBuster, 1 email credit = 1 attempt to find and verify a professional email, charged whether an email is found or not. The 500, 2,500 or 10,000 credits of each plan reset every month and cannot be topped up: "Credits can't be purchased separately". PhantomBuster calls a match rate of about 60% good; the FAQ of the same help-centre article says 30-50%, which would widen Emelia's lead per email found. At Emelia, a search that finds nothing costs nothing: the credit is spent only when the email is found. So the fair comparison is the cost per email actually found, here at PhantomBuster's own 60%.
Finding emails, billed monthly
≈ 300 emails found a month (500 attempts at PhantomBuster)
≈ 1,500 emails found a month (2,500 attempts at PhantomBuster)
≈ 6,000 emails found a month (10,000 attempts at PhantomBuster)
Excluding VAT. Emelia: Start plus the smallest monthly credit pack that covers the emails found; the 500 credits given once at signup are left out. Even if every PhantomBuster attempt found an email, Emelia would still cost less at each volume (€56, €86 and €136 for 500, 2,500 and 10,000 emails). PhantomBuster's plans also include hours, slots and 10,000+ AI credits a month (Emelia charges 1 credit per AI action); Emelia's include cold email and LinkedIn sequences. PhantomBuster searches through BetterContact's waterfall of 20+ sources, or through your own Hunter, Dropcontact or Snov.io key, whose credits are billed by that provider.
≈ 6,000 emails found a month
- Scale (10,000 attempts) · €439
- Start · €37
- 10,000 credits · €99
PhantomBuster free plan and 14-day trial: 10 rows per export
The trial lasts 14 days, without a credit card, with 2 execution hours in total, 5 slots, 50 email credits and 1,000 AI credits. Exports stop at 10 rows. Upgrading during the trial ends it at once.
At the end, the workspace moves to a permanent Free plan that the pricing page does not show: 30 minutes of execution a month, 1 slot, no credits, 10 rows per export. Nothing is charged.
PhantomBuster wins this one: Emelia's trial lasts 7 days, also without a card, and no permanent free plan is listed on its pricing page.
From 500 to 10,000 LinkedIn leads: hours and attempts at PhantomBuster, credit packs at Emelia
Same job on both sides: extract leads from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator searches, then find their professional emails. PhantomBuster picks the plan whose hours and email credits are enough, and every email search costs a credit, found or not (60% found, PhantomBuster's figure). Emelia includes unlimited scraping of LinkedIn searches, Sales Navigator and CSV files in every plan from Start, and charges 1 credit per email found. On LinkedIn and Sales Navigator scraping, Emelia costs less at every volume below.
Billed monthly
10,000 leads extracted, no emails
500 leads extracted, ≈ 300 emails found
2,500 leads extracted, ≈ 1,500 emails found
10,000 leads extracted, ≈ 6,000 emails found
Billed yearly (per month)
10,000 leads extracted, no emails
500 leads extracted, ≈ 300 emails found
2,500 leads extracted, ≈ 1,500 emails found
10,000 leads extracted, ≈ 6,000 emails found
Excluding VAT, same figures in euros and dollars on both sides. PhantomBuster: the cheapest plan whose execution hours (about 12 minutes per 1,000 leads exported) and email credits cover the need; the time spent looking for emails is not published and not counted. Emelia: Start plus the smallest monthly credit pack that covers the emails found (packs are monthly, also on yearly billing); the credits given once at signup are left out. Rows are computed with searches of at most 2,500 results on both sides; a larger search needs Emelia's segmented scraping, which its plan cards reserve for Grow and Scale. Where PhantomBuster wins: scraping Google Maps, Instagram and the other platforms, which Emelia does not do; one extraction spread over up to 4 LinkedIn accounts; a 14-day trial without a card, then a Free plan; AI credits included (10,000 to 90,000 a month).
PhantomBuster scraping calculator: your leads and emails, priced on both tools
Set the leads you extract from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator each month, and how many emails you need found among them.
You save €103 per month with Emelia (€1,236 per year).
How each tool charges
PhantomBuster sells three plans with fixed resources: Start €69 (20 h, 500 email credits), Grow €159 (80 h, 2,500), Scale €439 (300 h, 10,000). Each email search uses a credit, found or not, and credits cannot be bought separately. The calculator picks the smallest plan that covers both.
Emelia includes unlimited scraping of LinkedIn searches, Sales Navigator and CSV files on every plan, from Start (€37). Each email found costs 1 credit, paid with monthly packs from €19 for 1,000 credits; the credits given once at signup are not counted.
Excluding VAT. Execution time to look for emails is not published by PhantomBuster and not counted. LinkedIn's limits (about 1,000 search results a day per account, 2,500 with Sales Navigator) apply to both tools. Scraping outside LinkedIn (Google Maps, Instagram…) has no Emelia equivalent and is not priced here. Emelia credit packs are monthly, also on yearly billing. Above 30,000 leads a month, one LinkedIn account is not enough at the recommended pace, with either tool (PhantomBuster can spread one extraction over up to 4 accounts). Rows are computed with searches of at most 2,500 results on both sides; a larger search needs Emelia's segmented scraping, which its plan cards reserve for Grow and Scale.
PhantomBuster pricing 2025: €59, €139 and €399 under the old plan names
Until December 2025 at least, the plans were called Starter, Pro and Team, with the same resources as today. The new prices were already on PhantomBuster's blog on January 29, 2026; the exact day of the increase is not published. Articles that still quote "plans from €59" describe the old grid, and so does a line hidden in PhantomBuster's own pricing page.
Starter → Start
Pro → Grow
Team → Scale
Excluding VAT, billed monthly. The help centre showed the old names on December 14, 2025 and the new ones on February 19, 2026.
PhantomBuster coupon: no promo field, a 10% referral link
There is no field for a promo code at checkout. The only public discount for a new customer comes through an affiliate link: 10% off the first 3 months on monthly billing, or the first 12 months on yearly billing, in PhantomBuster's terms since July 13, 2026.
The affiliate programme itself pays the person who refers you 20% of each payment for 12 months (25% from 5 customers, 30% from 20): it is a commission, not a lower price for you. Otherwise, the yearly plan is the only lever.
Refunds and cancelling: 14 days monthly, 30 days yearly
- Monthly plan: refunded within 14 days if no resource has been used.
- Yearly plan: within 30 days, a full refund if nothing was used; otherwise one month at the standard monthly price is kept and the rest refunded.
- How: cancel first (Billing page, workspace owner only, or by email to support), then write to support. Nothing is refunded automatically.
- After cancelling: the plan runs until the end of the paid period, then the workspace goes back to Free with its data. Subscriptions cannot be paused and the renewal date cannot be moved.
- Changing plan: an upgrade applies at once, prorated; a downgrade on monthly billing waits for the end of the cycle; on yearly billing it applies at once, with a prorated credit on the next invoices.
PhantomBuster pricing questions: users, extra credits, free options
Neither. It charges per workspace: users share its hours, slots and credits, and up to 100 LinkedIn accounts can be connected at no extra cost. What limits you is the hours (how many leads you can extract) and the email credits (how many emails you can look for).
No. The help centre says credits cannot be purchased separately, and there is no top-up for hours or slots: you wait for the monthly reset or move to a bigger plan. You cannot remove credits to pay less either.
PhantomBuster's own Free plan is the closest (30 minutes a month, 10 rows per export). Other tools with a free tier are listed on our PhantomBuster alternatives page.
For scraping LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, no: Emelia includes unlimited scraping from Start (€37 a month, against €69) and charges only the emails it finds. PhantomBuster is the one to pick for scraping Google Maps, Instagram and other platforms, which Emelia does not do.
Emelia is a PhantomBuster competitor. We have tried to stay fair: every figure about PhantomBuster comes from its own website or public review sites.
