Saleshandy Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits and Real Cost per Email
Saleshandy advertises $25 per month. That is the entry plan on annual billing, and it buys 2,000 active prospects and 6,000 emails per month. Month to month, the same plan costs $36.
Saleshandy's real differentiator lies elsewhere. It sits in what every plan includes at no extra cost: an unlimited number of sending mailboxes and unlimited warmup. In a market where the mailbox is billed per unit, that is the headline selling point.
Every amount in this article was checked in August 2026 on the official pricing page and cross-checked with the vendor's help center. The month-to-month price and the annual equivalent are listed separately.
How much does Saleshandy cost in 2026? The full price list
Four public plans on the cold email side, plus custom deals above that. Two counters drive the tiering: the number of active prospects and the monthly email volume.
Plan | Monthly | Annual, per month | Active prospects | Emails per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Outreach Starter | $36 | $25 | 2,000 | 6,000 |
Outreach Pro | $99 | $69 | 30,000 | 150,000 |
Outreach Scale | $199 | $139 | 60,000 | 240,000 |
Outreach Scale Plus | $299 | $209 | 100,000 | 300,000 |
The annual commitment is paid upfront: $300 for Starter, $828 for Pro, $1,668 for Scale and $2,508 for Scale Plus. The discount lands around 30%, which is above the cold email market average.
The trial runs 7 days, no credit card. It is capped at 100 emails and 2,000 prospects, with up to 50 sequences and sender rotation. Short, but enough to judge deliverability and the interface.
At Emelia, emails are not capped
Unlimited sending, unlimited contacts, warmup included on every mailbox. From €37 per month.
Unlimited mailboxes and warmup: the real argument
If you remember one line from the whole price list, this is it. Saleshandy lets you connect an unlimited number of sending mailboxes and warmup accounts on every plan, including the $25 entry plan. The vendor states it in plain terms in its FAQ.
Warmup is unlimited and included too, across the range. In practice, a team running forty sending mailboxes pays nothing per mailbox: it pays for its plan, and that is it.
One caveat, from the vendor's help center: the number of accounts usable inside a single sequence is capped: 10 on Starter, 25 on Pro and 50 on Scale. You connect as many addresses as you want, but any one campaign only draws on a subset of them.
The active prospect, the counter that really caps you
The counter that limits you is not the number of contacts you import, but the number of active prospects, meaning those currently engaged in a live sequence. The total number of contacts you can store in the tool is far larger than that cap.
The practical consequence is simple: Saleshandy does not bill you for your database, it bills you for the contacts you actually put into sequences. A dormant list of 200,000 contacts costs nothing as long as it is not put into a sequence.
The other consequence is less pleasant. If you work a list again in a new sequence, those prospects become active again and count against the cap once more. So the cap fills up faster than expected when you run repeated hook tests on the same segment.
The real cost per email sent
Broken down per email and per prospect, the price list reveals something the pricing page does not highlight. The figures below are calculated on annual pricing.
Plan | Monthly price on annual | Emails per month | Cost per 1,000 emails | Cost per active prospect |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Outreach Starter | $25 | 6,000 | $4.17 | $0.0125 |
Outreach Pro | $69 | 150,000 | $0.46 | $0.0023 |
Outreach Scale | $139 | 240,000 | $0.58 | $0.0023 |
Outreach Scale Plus | $209 | 300,000 | $0.70 | $0.0021 |
The best ratio on sending volume is not the most expensive plan: it is the Pro plan. At $0.46 per thousand emails, it is 25% cheaper than Scale and 34% cheaper than Scale Plus on that specific metric. Past Pro, every dollar buys fewer emails, not more.
The logic of the price list is clear once you see it: you do not move up a plan to send more; you move up to raise the active prospect cap. If your constraint is email volume and not the size of the segments you prospect, stay on Pro.
Starter, meanwhile, is the most expensive plan per thousand emails in the whole range, by a factor of nine. It is a plan to get started and validate a channel, not to prospect at scale.
Cold email and LinkedIn in the same sequence
No second tool to plug in, no prospect ceiling to watch.
Email verification credits
Email verification is built in, with an allowance included in every plan: 1,000 credits on Starter, 5,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Scale.
Beyond that, a top-up costs $19 for 5,000 addresses, a little under four tenths of a cent per address. That is a fair rate, and having verification live in the same tool as sending saves you a separate subscription.
One thing to watch: on the entry plan, 1,000 credits cover one sixth of the monthly email allowance. A team importing unverified lists will burn through its allowance in a few days.
Lead Finder: the contact database, billed separately
Saleshandy ships a B2B database, advertised at more than 852 million contacts and 42 million companies. It is not part of the sending plans: it is a separate product, with its own subscription and its own credit system.
Lead Finder plan | Monthly | Annual, per month | Credits per month |
|---|---|---|---|
Lead Starter | $59 | $49 | 2,500 |
Lead Pro | $99 | $79 | 4,000 |
The credit scale deserves a read before you sign, because one credit does not always buy one address.
A work email address costs 1 credit
A personal email address costs 2
A work email address with the phone number costs 7
The set of personal address, work address and phone costs 9
In other words, the 2,500 credits on the entry plan buy 2,500 work email addresses, but only 357 complete records with a phone number. Half of the unused credits roll over to the next cycle, provided you keep an active Lead Finder subscription. The 7-day trial gives up to 50 credits.
The other products billed separately
Saleshandy has expanded beyond cold email, and each add-on has its own counter.
AI credits: $10 for 5,000 credits
The phone dialer: $23 per month for 1,000 credits, $55 for 2,500, and $29 for a 1,000-credit top-up
Inbox placement tests: free up to 2 tests per month, then $34 for 120 tests, $69 for 250 and $139 for 600
The CRM, free as of today, with unlimited prospects and custom pipelines
None of these add-ons is required to send campaigns. But they do count in the budget the moment you get serious about deliverability or add calls to the cadence.
What a prospecting team really pays
Assumptions: annual commitment on the subscriptions, and add-ons taken at their entry tier. Amounts are monthly.
Setup | Monthly cost | Over a year |
|---|---|---|
Outreach Pro alone | $69 | $828 |
Outreach Pro plus Lead Starter | $118 | $1,416 |
Outreach Pro, Lead Pro and 5,000 verifications | $167 | $2,004 |
Outreach Scale, Lead Pro and the dialer | $241 | $2,892 |
The gap between the headline price and a full team's budget is a factor of three. That is not a knock on Saleshandy; it is the math to run before comparing two entry prices.
What users say
Saleshandy is solidly rated, with a large review volume. The platform scores 4.6 out of 5 on G2 across about 804 reviews, and 4.5 out of 5 on Capterra across 126 reviews.
The strengths that come up most often are how quickly you can get up and running, open and click tracking, deliverability, support responsiveness and having verification, sending and tracking in a single tool. The complaints center on integration problems with mailbox providers, a warmup that part of the user base still finds imperfect, imports limited to CSV, the lack of a mobile app and a release pace that users find slow.
Saleshandy limits to know before you pay
The entry plan is nine times more expensive per thousand emails than the Pro plan: it is there to test, not to prospect
Cost per email climbs back up after the Pro plan; moving up a plan does not make sending cheaper
The contact database is a separate subscription; it is never included in the sending plan
One Lead Finder credit is not one complete record: count seven credits as soon as you want the phone number
The number of sending accounts usable inside a single sequence is capped by plan
Working a list again pushes those contacts back into the active prospect counter
Imports are CSV only, and there is no mobile app
Who Saleshandy pays off for, and who it does not
Saleshandy is a strong fit for a team that sends a lot, from a lot of mailboxes, and wants to keep address verification in the same tool. On the Pro plan at $69 per month on annual billing, with unlimited sending mailboxes and warmup, it is one of the best deals on the market for pure cold email.
It becomes debatable in two cases. If you only send a few thousand emails a month, the entry plan makes every message very expensive. And if you want the data and the execution in one place, you have to stack two subscriptions, which brings Saleshandy close to the price of all-in-one platforms.
Six Saleshandy alternatives and their prices
Prices checked in August 2026, month to month unless stated otherwise. The billing unit is always spelled out, because that is what decides the budget, not the headline price.
Instantly
Instantly is the most direct competitor on volume sending: subscription billing, unlimited sending mailboxes and warmup across the range, no LinkedIn. The full breakdown is in our article on Instantly pricing.
Instantly pricing
Growth: $47 per month, 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails per month
Hypergrowth: $97 per month, 25,000 contacts and 125,000 emails
Lightspeed: $358 per month, 100,000 contacts and 500,000 emails

Unlimited Prime: $379 per month, 500,000 emails, and about 17% off on annual billing
Lemlist

Multichannel: $109 per user per month, $87 on annual, with LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calls
Enterprise: custom quote, starting at five senders per user
Enrichment and intent signals are paid in credits, on top of the subscription
Woodpecker
Woodpecker bills neither the seat nor the mailbox: it bills the prospect contacted. It is the model furthest from Saleshandy's, and the hardest to budget upfront. The full breakdown is in our article on Woodpecker pricing.
Woodpecker pricing
$35 per month for 500 prospects contacted, $23 on annual
$67 per month for 2,000 prospects contacted, $45 on annual
$188 per month for 10,000 prospects contacted, $125 on annual
The annual commitment takes 33% off, but no add-on benefits from it
Reply.io
Reply.io sells a multichannel platform with a built-in contact database, billed per user. The scope is wider than Saleshandy's, the billing model far less friendly to teams. The full breakdown is in our article on Reply.io pricing.
Reply.io pricing
Email Volume: from $59 per user per month, email only, entry tier of 1,000 contacts
Multichannel: $99 per user per month, $89 on annual, all channels and unlimited contacts
Agency: from about $166 to $210 per month, multi-workspace
The AI agent is billed entirely separately, from $500 per month
Apollo.io
Apollo.io combines a massive contact database, sequences and enrichment in the same tool. It is the most direct competitor on the data plus execution promise, with per-seat billing. The full breakdown is in our article on Apollo.io pricing.
Apollo.io pricing
Free: free, 50 credits per month
Basic: $59 per seat per month, $49 with an annual commitment
Professional: $99 per seat per month, $79 with an annual commitment
Organization: $149 per seat per month, $119 on annual, three seats minimum
Entry prices compared
Every amount below is a month-to-month price.
Tool | Billing unit | Paid entry plan | Sending mailboxes | Contact database |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Saleshandy | Per subscription | $36 | Unlimited | Separate subscription |
Instantly | Per subscription | $47 | Unlimited | Separate credits |
Smartlead | Per subscription | $39 | Unlimited | Not built in |
Lemlist | Per subscription, then per user | $69 | Depends on the plan | Included, in credits |
Woodpecker | Per prospect contacted | $35 | Unlimited | Separate credits |
Reply.io | Per user | $59 | Depends on the plan | Included, 50 credits per month |
Apollo.io | Per seat | $59 | Not applicable | Included, in credits |
Emelia | Per subscription | $37 | 3, 50 or unlimited depending on the plan | No, lookup charged on success |
Two families stand out. The one that bills a subscription and leaves sending mailboxes free, where Saleshandy sits alongside Instantly and Smartlead. And the one that bills per user, per seat or per prospect, where the budget follows the size of the team or the volume you work through. As for data, none of these tools truly includes it without a counter of some kind.
Address lookup is only charged on success
Email finder and phone lookup included, topped up from €19 per 1,000 credits.
Saleshandy or Emelia: what actually compares
The overlap on email is wide. Both tools send cold sequences, warm up sending mailboxes, verify addresses and bill a subscription rather than a seat. So the comparison is fair across almost the whole sending chain.
Three differences drive the choice.
Channels. Saleshandy does email and, recently, phone as an option. Emelia combines cold email and LinkedIn automation in the same sequence, at no extra cost.
Data. Saleshandy sells access to its database in a separate subscription, with credits that get consumed even when the record is incomplete. Emelia has no global database but includes email address and phone number lookup, charged only when a data point is found, along with Sales Navigator scraping.
Counters. On Saleshandy, the plan sets an active prospect cap and an email volume. On Emelia, contacts, emails, LinkedIn actions and scraping are unlimited across the range, and only enrichment credits are topped up.
Criterion | Saleshandy | Emelia |
|---|---|---|
Billing unit | Per subscription | Per subscription |
Monthly entry price | $36 | $37 |
Sending mailboxes | Unlimited | 3, 50 or unlimited depending on the plan |
Warmup | Unlimited, included | Unlimited, included |
Emails per month | Capped by plan | Unlimited |
Prospects | Active prospect cap | Unlimited |
LinkedIn automation | Not offered | Native, from the first plan |
Sales Navigator scraper | Not offered | Built in |
Email address lookup | Separate database, in credits | Included, charged on success |
Phone number lookup | Separate database, 7 credits per record | Included, charged on success |
Email verification | Included, then in credits | Included |
Calls | Optional | Not offered |
Commitment | Monthly or annual paid upfront | No commitment |
Conversely, it pays to be clear about what Emelia does not do. No global contact database, no phone dialer, no inbox placement tests. Emelia has no team mode either as of today: one subscription is one user account, and the model works when one person runs prospecting.
Emelia pricing
Emelia publishes its price list: three tiers at $37, $97 and $297 per month, with no commitment and two months free on annual billing.
The Start plan opens 3 sending mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account
The Grow plan, 50 mailboxes and 5 LinkedIn accounts
The Scale plan, unlimited mailboxes and 20 LinkedIn accounts
Contacts, emails, LinkedIn actions and scraping are unlimited across the range, and warmup is included from the first tier. Email finder and phone lookup credits are topped up on demand, from $19 for 1,000 credits, and are only deducted when a data point is actually found.
Find your prospects and reach them in one place
Sales Navigator scraper, unlimited warmup and native LinkedIn, from €37 per month.
How to cut your Saleshandy bill
Pick your plan on the active prospect cap, not on email volume: cost per message climbs back up after the Pro plan
Do not stay on Starter if you prospect for real, it is nine times more expensive per thousand emails
Verify your lists before importing them: the included allowance goes fast on the entry plan
Only open a Lead Finder subscription if you truly have a use for it; it is not a mandatory add-on
On Lead Finder, avoid asking for the phone number every time: the record goes from 1 to 7 credits
Use or roll over your credits with your eyes open: only half of the unused credits carry over
The annual commitment takes about 30% off, but it is paid upfront, up to $2,508 on Scale Plus
Is Saleshandy worth paying for in 2026?
Yes, if your prospecting runs on volume cold email and on a fleet of sending mailboxes. Unlimited mailboxes and unlimited warmup on all plans, including the entry plan, are a real cost advantage over tools that bill per mailbox. On the Pro plan at $69 per month on annual billing, the volume-to-price ratio is among the best on the market.
No, if you send little, or if you want LinkedIn in the same sequence. In the first case, the entry plan makes every email cost nine times the Pro rate. In the second, Saleshandy does not do LinkedIn, and you will need a second tool.
The right check to run before signing is simple: look at how many prospects you actually put into sequences each month, not your total database. That number, and not the $25 headline, is what determines the plan you need.
Frequently asked questions about Saleshandy pricing
How much does Saleshandy cost per month?+
The Outreach Starter plan costs $36 per month with no commitment, or $25 per month on annual billing. The Pro plan is $99 monthly and $69 on annual, the Scale plan $199 and $139, and the Scale Plus plan $299 and $209. The annual commitment is paid upfront, from $300 to $2,508 depending on the plan.
Does Saleshandy offer a free trial?+
Yes, a 7-day trial with no credit card. It is capped at 100 emails and 2,000 prospects, with up to 50 sequences and sender rotation. There is no permanent free plan on the sending side.
How many sending mailboxes can you connect to Saleshandy?+
An unlimited number, on all plans, including the entry plan. Warmup is unlimited and included too. The vendor's help center does state a cap on the accounts usable inside a single sequence: 10 on Starter, 25 on Pro and 50 on Scale.
What is an active prospect on Saleshandy?+
It is a contact engaged in a running sequence. That counter, and not the total number of contacts imported, is what decides the plan you need. A dormant list consumes nothing, but working a list again in a new sequence pushes those contacts back into the counter.
Is the contact database included in the price?+
No. Lead Finder, advertised at more than 852 million contacts and 42 million companies, is a separate subscription: $59 per month for 2,500 credits, or $99 for 4,000 credits, at $49 and $79 respectively on annual billing.
How much does a complete record cost on Lead Finder?+
The scale is progressive: 1 credit for a work email address, 2 for a personal address, 7 for a work address with the phone number and 9 for the whole set. So a plan with 2,500 credits gives 2,500 work email addresses, but only 357 complete records with a phone number.
Are email verification credits included?+
Every plan includes an allowance: 1,000 credits on Starter, 5,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Scale. Beyond that, a top-up costs $19 for 5,000 addresses.
What is the cheapest alternative to Saleshandy?+
On volume email sending, Smartlead starts at $39 per month and Instantly at $47, both on a subscription and with unlimited sending mailboxes. On email and LinkedIn multichannel in a single tool, Emelia starts at $37 per month, with unlimited emails and LinkedIn actions, warmup and address lookup included.
