LinkedIn steps Skylead automates, Recruiter and InMails included
A Skylead campaign is a "Smart sequence" built from 8 actions and 7 if/else conditions, mixing LinkedIn and email on the same lead. It works with free, Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter accounts, and the LinkedIn account is connected inside the web app: there is nothing to install.
The actions and the branches
On LinkedIn, a sequence can view a profile, follow it, send a connection request, send a message to a first-degree connection, send an InMail (free to open profiles, paid otherwise) and like a post. Email steps and a "Find & verify business email" step sit in the same flow.
Branches split on what happened: the invitation accepted, an email opened or clicked, an address verified or imported, a free InMail available. A custom condition can fan out into up to 5 paths.
Where the leads come from
The help centre documents each way of filling a campaign: a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search pasted as a URL, LinkedIn Recruiter, an event, the people engaging with a post, a CSV file, the API and Skylead's own B2B database, plus "Post signals", which watches posts by keyword (up to 1,000 contacts per post at each refresh).
Daily limits and a 3-week ramp-up
Skylead's help centre suggests 40 to 50 connection requests a day on a Premium account and 20 to 25 on a basic one, recalls that LinkedIn caps invitations at 200 a week, and counts up to 800 free InMails a month. Limits are shared by every campaign on the seat, and a newly connected account goes through a 3-week warm-up mode first.
Who runs Skylead
Skylead is published by Skylead Technologies Ltd, registered in London on September 17, 2020 (Companies House no. 12887130). Its About page traces the project back to 2019, before the company itself was registered.
The website does not name a founder or a chief executive; its About page presents the team department by department, from a CTO and the heads of marketing and sales to support and development, and claims 33 employees. On users, it gives two figures: "10,000+ users from 93 countries" on the homepage, "15,000+" on the About page.
Its privacy policy says data is processed primarily in the United Kingdom and the United States, and every price on the site is in dollars, excluding taxes.
Unlimited inboxes and warm-up inside the seat
A seat is not capped in mailboxes: you connect as many sending addresses as you like, rotate them within one campaign and run email-only campaigns from a CSV. The ceiling is on volume, 100,000 emails a month per seat.
Sending and warm-up
Skylead recommends keeping each mailbox at 50 campaign emails a day or fewer, at least 5 minutes apart. At that pace over 22 working days, 91 mailboxes would reach the monthly ceiling of a single seat.
The pricing page calls the warm-up "infinite"; Skylead's terms add a fair-use limit of 100 mailboxes warming per team, more on request to support. The ramp-up can be slow (60 days), normal (30) or fast (14), with a weekly SPF, DKIM, DMARC and blacklist check.
Finding the address first
The "Find & verify business email" step builds likely addresses from the lead's name and company, then double-verifies them and skips catch-all domains. Its help article mentions no credit cost, and Skylead's blog describes the feature as "unlimited email discovery and verification". The separate "Email Discovery" action on lists, which queries several providers in turn, is paid in action credits.
One seat per account against Emelia's plans
Each row is a team running LinkedIn and email together, sized on one of Emelia's plans. Skylead bills one All-in-one seat per LinkedIn account, in dollars, whatever the number of mailboxes; Emelia picks the plan that covers both and shows it in your currency, the same figure in euros or dollars.

B2B contact database
At 25 accounts, Skylead's Agency flat fee ($999 a month, on request, a first-year promotion) replaces $2,500 of seats; its pricing page sets that fee at 25 seats, its Agencies page at up to 50, and we count 25. Emelia Scale with 15 extra accounts costs $732. Extra Emelia accounts ($29 each) are billed monthly. Run your own numbers on the Skylead pricing page.

The People Database added in June 2026
Since June 17, 2026, the All-in-one seat includes a searchable database of people and companies, filtered by job title, company, location, skills, headcount or revenue, and saved into lists that feed campaigns. Skylead does not publish its size, nor which contact details a record returns.
It came with a string of additions: account-based prospecting and AI enrichment (April 2026), an AI SDR (July 2026), then Post signals and an MCP server (October 2026). Enrichment and the AI SDR run on action credits, 100 for $1, 50 at least per purchase; Skylead says it adds no margin to its providers' prices but does not list the cost of each action.
Emelia has no built-in contact database. It finds and verifies professional emails at 1 credit each, only when one is found, and phone numbers by waterfall, for leads you bring from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or a file.
$100 a seat, Agency on request
$100 per LinkedIn account and per month on All-in-one, unchanged since at least December 27, 2023; the Agency flat fee (from $999 a month, a first-year promotion) and yearly billing are sold only after a call with Skylead's team.

Skylead: extension, CRM sync and where to compare it
No. Skylead runs in the cloud and connects your LinkedIn account inside its web app, with 3 methods to choose from. Emelia's campaigns also run on its servers; its Chrome extension connects the LinkedIn account, finds the email and phone number of the person on a LinkedIn profile (in credits, only when they are found), adds them to a campaign and puts an "Export with Emelia" button on Sales Navigator searches.
Yes, natively and on its single plan: HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, plus Raynet, with Zapier, Make and webhooks for the rest. Its API is described with "60+ endpoints" on one page and more than 70 on another, and an MCP server lets AI assistants draft campaigns. Emelia connects 1 CRM on Start and Grow, several on Scale, with API access on every plan.
Yes: Skylead vs Dripify compares the mailboxes each seat connects, the price per LinkedIn account, email credits and agency features.
Multichannel tools billed another way (Emelia, La Growth Machine, lemlist, Reply.io), HeyReach for agencies that run many senders, and LinkedIn-first tools billed per account (Dripify, Expandi, Waalaxy). The Skylead alternatives page prices each of them on the same need.
The trial lasts 7 days and is free, but card details are entered before the first seat is created, and it covers 1 LinkedIn account only: adding another ends it and starts billing. Payments are final according to Skylead's terms. Emelia's 7-day trial asks for no card.
