RocketReach vs ZoomInfo pricing: self-serve seats or an annual contract
RocketReach publishes every price; ZoomInfo publishes only those of GTM.AI, its credit store for the API, MCP and CLI, where one credit buys one contact record. The platform itself (search, extension, CRM sync) is sold on quote.

Who uses the credits
Both tools bill in US dollars; Emelia’s prices follow your currency, so a winner is shown only where it holds at any exchange rate. A GTM.AI credit costs $0.45 for small purchases and drops to $0.25 for the largest; the rows above buy each month’s need in one go. A RocketReach lookup unlocks a person’s record, emails and numbers included; a GTM.AI credit unlocks a contact record without mobile numbers; an Emelia credit is one email. Above 1,000 lookups a month, RocketReach has no monthly plan.
Database size and coverage, as each vendor states it
RocketReach says it holds 700 million profiles and 60 million companies; ZoomInfo says 500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies, with 120M+ direct dials. Neither figure is audited, and each vendor counts in its own way (profiles, contacts, records).
RocketReach also published its own “RocketReach vs ZoomInfo” page (updated January 12, 2026) crediting ZoomInfo with 260 million contacts against its own 700 million, and 100 million companies against 60 million: on its own reckoning, ZoomInfo has more companies and fewer people. ZoomInfo answers with a comparison page of its own, which says RocketReach “sells per-seat plans from $25/mo”.
Beyond contact details, ZoomInfo sells intent signals as part of its platform (4,500+ topics, per ZoomInfo). RocketReach keeps intent data for Ultimate, and technologies, news and org charts from Pro.
Extensions and CRM sync
In the browser
RocketReach’s Chrome extension has 300,000 users and scores 3.3 from 460 ratings; it works on LinkedIn profiles, company pages and most company websites, now in Chrome’s side panel, but no longer on LinkedIn searches or Sales Navigator lists. ZoomInfo’s extension also has 300,000 users and a lower rating on the Chrome Web Store; it was redesigned in July 2026.
Emelia’s own Chrome extension finds the email and phone number of the person on a LinkedIn profile, using credits only when it finds them, and adds them to an Emelia campaign (how it works).
Into the CRM
RocketReach pushes contacts one way to Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Bullhorn from Pro. ZoomInfo connects natively to Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and lists Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, SugarCRM and Bullhorn among its other CRMs, plus Outreach and Salesloft for sequences.
Where Emelia fits: credit packs and campaigns
Emelia has no database to browse: it finds the email and phone number of people you bring (from a file, a CRM, a LinkedIn profile or a Sales Navigator search), at 1 credit per email and 50 per number, charged only when found. Its packs run from 1,000 credits for $19 excl. VAT a month, with no licence per person and no contract, and the credits stay valid 12 months.
What you find then goes into cold email and LinkedIn campaigns run from Emelia, across 3 mailboxes on Start up to unlimited on Scale, warm-up included. Neither RocketReach (one Gmail or Outlook mailbox per user) nor ZoomInfo (sequences as an add-on, Engage or Salesloft resold by ZoomInfo, with a manual LinkedIn step) automates LinkedIn.
RocketReach or ZoomInfo, by team size
- Emelia, whatever the size: one pack of credits for the whole team, monthly, and the campaigns that use them.
- One person: RocketReach costs $69 to $209 a month with nothing to sign; on ZoomInfo’s side, only GTM.AI credits are open without a contract, from a $20 top-up.
- A small team: RocketReach adds a licence per person at the team price (4 Pro licences: $452 a month), each with its own lookups; ZoomInfo’s platform goes through a quote and a contract of at least 1 year.
- Beyond 25 people: RocketReach moves to custom plans with pooled credits, from $6,000 a year; ZoomInfo’s terms stay the same as for any team, a quote and a contract.
RocketReach and ZoomInfo: accuracy and free tests
No independent measure settles it. RocketReach’s comparison page quotes G2 data accuracy scores in its favour, and even disagrees with itself (80% against 77% in its text, 80 against 78 in its table). ZoomInfo, for its part, publishes its own comparison against RocketReach.
Emelia gives 7 days without a card and 20 credits with a work email. RocketReach has a free account with a few email lookups and no phone numbers. ZoomInfo has ZoomInfo Lite, free with 10 credits a month and no mobiles, and a free trial of the platform, usually 7 days according to ZoomInfo.
