RocketReach alternatives compared: price and features
One row per tool from this page, RocketReach first for reference: who it suits, its entry price for the same need (credits only) and what it does. The sections below explain each choice.
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 8, 2026 and October 23, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros. –: not offered, or not checked for this need.
Free RocketReach alternatives, and how far their free plans go
RocketReach’s free account reveals a few emails and no phone numbers. Here is what the free tiers of the other tools on this page allow, read in each vendor’s plan data.
- Emelia: a 7-day trial without a card and 20 credits for an account opened with a work email; then 1,000 credits for $19 a month, enough for as many emails, kept 12 months.
- Apollo: a free plan of 75 credits a month, with a mailbox for sequences; a phone number takes 8 credits.
- Hunter: 50 free credits a month for domain search and the email finder, with no phone number search.
- Lusha: 40 credits a month on its free plan, for one user; a phone number uses 5 of them.
- Snov.io: a Trial plan at no cost, with 50 credits and 100 campaign recipients.
- Kaspr: a free plan for its LinkedIn extension, with 5 phone credits.
- Wiza: 20 emails and 5 phone numbers on its free plan.
- ZoomInfo: ZoomInfo Lite, free and without a card, with 10 credits a month and no mobile numbers.
- Prospeo also keeps a free plan.
Emelia: credits that last a year, and campaigns to use them
Emelia sells credits on their own, with no licence per person: 1,000 credits for $19 excl. VAT a month, up to 100,000 for $499. Everyone on the team draws on the same pack, and unused credits stay valid 12 months after purchase, even if you cancel.
An email found and verified costs 1 credit, nothing if none is found. Phone numbers come from a waterfall of providers at 50 credits each, refunded when no number turns up: $0.95 a number with the smallest pack, $0.25 with the largest. Addresses from your own lists are verified for 0.25 credit each.
Then the contacts go straight into campaigns: cold email from 3 mailboxes on Start, 50 on Grow and unlimited on Scale, with warm-up, and LinkedIn automation for 1 to 10 accounts. Emelia has no contact database of its own: you bring the names, from a file, a CRM, a LinkedIn profile through its Chrome extension or a Sales Navigator search.
Phone-first contact databases: ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism
Like RocketReach, these three sell access to a database of people and companies, with mobile numbers and direct dials as a selling point. Two of them have a head-to-head page here: RocketReach vs ZoomInfo and RocketReach vs Lusha.
- 1
Best for: Enterprise sales teams on yearly contractsZoomInfo claims 500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies, and sells intent signals on its platform, where RocketReach keeps intent data for its Ultimate plan. The platform is sold on quote, on contracts of 1 to 3 years, so there is no public monthly price to set against RocketReach’s licences; its pay-as-you-go GTM.AI credits run from $0.45 down to $0.25 a record. ZoomInfo Lite is free but has no mobiles.

Best for: Reps who call as much as they emailLusha prices emails and phone numbers separately (1 credit and 5 credits) instead of RocketReach’s one lookup per person, and its credits sit in one pot for the whole account rather than one balance per licence. Starter costs $49.90 a month for 400 credits, and the free plan keeps running at 40 credits a month. Like RocketReach, it bills in dollars and sends sequences from each user’s own mailbox.

Best for: Teams prospecting into Europe by phoneCognism counts 1 credit per contact revealed, email and mobile together, much like a RocketReach lookup, and adds phone-verified mobiles (10M+, per Cognism). The difference is in how you buy: 5 seats included in each plan, credits shared across the account according to its French pricing page, and no public price for its prospecting plans, only a quote.

A database and sequences on one seat: Apollo, Snov.io
RocketReach already sends sequences, from a single Gmail or Outlook mailbox per user and only to addresses it found. These two put the database and the outreach closer together. The RocketReach vs Apollo page compares the first one in detail.
- 1
Best for: Teams that want a database, a dialer and sequences per seatApollo is the closest product to RocketReach in shape: a searchable database (240M contacts, per Apollo), an extension and a per-seat price. It goes further on outreach, with multi-step sequences, a dialer and a free plan of 75 credits a month. Basic costs $65 a month per seat with 2,500 credits, and a phone number takes 8 credits.

Best for: Small teams finding emails and running campaignsSnov.io has no licence per user: Starter gives the team 1,000 credits and 5,000 campaign recipients for $39 a month, with cold email from as many mailboxes as you connect. Phone numbers are paid in tokens through partner providers (10 to 22 per number); LinkedIn accounts are sold separately, on top of the plan.

Kaspr or RocketReach for LinkedIn profiles
Both reveal contacts from a Chrome extension on LinkedIn. RocketReach’s extension now stops at single profiles and company pages: its help centre says it no longer loads LinkedIn searches or Sales Navigator lists.
- 1
Best for: Reps who prospect from LinkedIn profiles all day
Kaspr lives in LinkedIn: its extension (rated 4.7 on the Chrome Web Store) works on profiles, people searches, groups and events, and on Sales Navigator from Starter. It counts emails and phone numbers as separate quotas: Starter at $65 a month gives 100 phone credits and B2B emails under fair use. Unlike RocketReach’s, its extension does not run on other websites, and Kaspr has belonged to Cognism since 2022.

Finders billed per result: Hunter, Prospeo, Dropcontact, Wiza
No database browsing here, or very little: you bring names, domains or LinkedIn profiles and pay for what is found. Prospeo, a finder with a free plan and a Chrome extension, is not priced on this page; the tools below are.
- 1
Best for: Finding emails from a company’s domainHunter starts from the domain: type a company’s website and it lists the addresses it knows at that company. Starter gives a whole team 2,000 credits a month for $49, with 3 mailboxes for simple campaigns, where RocketReach would bill each user. It does not search for phone numbers.

Best for: Cleaning and enriching a CRM or a CSV fileDropcontact enriches lists you already have (a CSV file, or HubSpot and Pipedrive through its CRM offer) instead of selling a database, and it bills in euros: 500 credits for €29 a month on Starter, 1 credit per email found. On files it returns the company switchboard; its help centre lists mobile numbers among what it does not provide, while its CRM offer mentions mobiles taken from email signatures.

Best for: Emails and numbers from LinkedIn profiles, per userWiza is billed per user like RocketReach, with separate quotas: Starter at $49 a month includes 100 emails and 100 contacts with a phone number, then a price per extra result. Its extension works on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter profiles; bulk export from Sales Navigator ended in August 2026, and lists now come from its own database (Wiza Prospect), a CSV upload or a CRM import.

Tools left out, phone costs, per-user billing
RocketReach compares itself with Seamless.AI and ranks UpLead, ContactOut and LeadIQ among the alternatives in its own articles. Their prices and features have not been verified for this page, which is why they appear without figures.
At Emelia, 50 credits per number found, refunded otherwise ($0.95 to $0.25 depending on the pack). Lusha uses 5 credits per number and Apollo 8; Kaspr and Wiza include a monthly quota of numbers (100 on Kaspr Starter, 100 on Wiza Starter); Cognism puts the mobile in the same credit as the email; Snov.io charges 10 to 22 tokens. RocketReach puts numbers in the lookup, from Pro at $119 a month, without guaranteeing one.
Emelia’s credits are shared by the whole team with no licence per person, and so are the credits of Snov.io and Hunter, which do not count users either. Lusha pools credits across the account but still counts licences, and Cognism includes 5 seats in each plan.
