ZoomInfo alternatives compared: price and features
One row per tool from this page, ZoomInfo first for reference: who it suits, its entry price for the same need (credits only) and what it does. The sections below explain each choice.
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 8, 2026 and October 16, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros. –: not offered, or not checked for this need.
Public prices and no annual contract: Apollo, Lusha, Kaspr
Three databases you can buy online, billed monthly, each with a free plan to test it first and its own extension for LinkedIn. All three count a phone number apart from an email, where ZoomInfo charges 1 credit for the whole record.

Free gives 15 emails and 5 phone numbers a month; Starter costs $65 per licence a month. Its pricing page announces no sending, though other Kaspr pages mention LinkedIn and email sequences.

The European specialist, also on quote: Cognism
If the reason to leave is coverage in Europe rather than the contract, Cognism is the closest match. It was founded in London (in 2015, according to its About page), claims 400M+ business contacts and 100M mobile numbers, of which 10M+ checked by phone, and sells two plans, Standard and Pro, each listed with 5 licences included.
It does not lower the price barrier: Cognism publishes no price either, has no free plan and no self-serve trial (a free data sample comes back within 72 hours), and its published general terms renew a subscription automatically unless you give notice. One credit reveals one contact, for the whole account. It sends no emails and automates nothing on LinkedIn; its data goes to your CRM or to Outreach and Salesloft.
Build lists from many providers: Clay
Clay has the opposite model to ZoomInfo’s single database: a spreadsheet where each row is sent from one data provider to the next, out of 150+ in its marketplace, until an email or a phone number comes back. Its Free plan is permanent; Launch costs $185 a month ($167 billed yearly) with unlimited seats, priced in two meters, actions and data credits.
It is built for teams that design their own enrichment tables, and it sends cold email with its own Sequencer from Launch; it does not automate LinkedIn. We compare the two databases, data source by data source and price by price, in ZoomInfo vs Clay.
Pay only for the emails you find: Emelia, Icypeas, Hunter
If what you used ZoomInfo for was mostly getting work emails, a finder charged per result costs a fraction of a database contract. All three below charge nothing when no email is found.
- 1
Best for: Finding the emails and sending the campaignNo database of its own: with Emelia you export your Sales Navigator searches with no cap on the number of exports, from $37/month, and it finds their emails at 1 credit each, then sends cold email from 3 to unlimited mailboxes and LinkedIn steps from 1 to 10 accounts. Credit packs are monthly, from $19 for 1,000 emails, and need no plan when finding emails is all you want. Against ZoomInfo, it has no database or intent data, but you pay only for the emails it finds.

Sales Navigator and the tools that export it
ZoomInfo publishes its own comparison with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, the other tool sales teams use to find people. Sales Navigator searches 1+ billion LinkedIn members with 50+ filters, for $119.99 a month on Core ($89.99 a month billed yearly). It exports no list to a file, and shows an email only when the member has made it public; LinkedIn points you to InMail instead.
That is where exporters come in. Evaboot turns a Sales Navigator search into a CSV or Excel file of 39 columns, names cleaned, from $9 a month for 100 credits; it needs Sales Navigator and sends nothing. Emelia’s Chrome extension adds an “Export with Emelia” button to a Sales Navigator search: the search opens in Emelia, which extracts the leads, then finds their emails with credits or puts them straight into a campaign (how it works). Kaspr’s extension also works on Sales Navigator, from its paid plans. ZoomInfo’s extension also opens on Sales Navigator, one record at a time, but documents no export of a whole search.

What ZoomInfo sells beyond contact data, and what Emelia adds
Replacing the contact data is the easy part; ZoomInfo sells several layers that the tools above cover only in part: buying intent across 4,500+ topics and 85M+ signals a week, website-visitor identification (WebSights), conversation intelligence (Chorus), AI agents (GTM Workspace, Agent Teams) and enrichment across 25+ sources in GTM Studio. Emelia adds what ZoomInfo leaves to the salesperson: LinkedIn invitations and messages, sent automatically in the same sequence as the emails.
The contract also carries written guarantees: 99.9% availability a month and 95% accuracy on contacts, with a pro rata refund if ZoomInfo misses them, plus ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27017 and ISO 42001 certifications. What you keep: records already exported remain usable under the terms after the contract ends, and 189 integrations make the export to a CRM easy.
ZoomInfo alternatives: other questions
The two are compared often enough for the question to be searched, and ZoomInfo publishes its own comparison with RocketReach, linked from its business FAQ. RocketReach sells per-user licences online, billed monthly or yearly without a sales contract: from $69 a month for 100 lookups (emails only) to $209 for 1,000 with phone numbers, each user keeping their own lookups. It claims 700 million profiles; like ZoomInfo’s figures, that count is the vendor’s own.
ZoomInfo publishes comparison pages against all three, alongside Lead411 and LeadIQ. We have not reviewed their prices or data, so they are not ranked here; the tools on this page are the ones whose prices and terms we checked.
Emelia starts free: 20 free credits at sign-up with a work email, and a 7-day free trial without a card. Apollo (75 credits a month), Lusha (40), Hunter (50), Kaspr and Clay have a free plan; Cognism has none. ZoomInfo itself has ZoomInfo Lite, for non-customers, and GTM.AI gives 1,000 data credits once.
