Folderly alternatives compared: price and features
One row per tool from this page, Folderly first for reference: who it suits, its entry price for the same need (mailbox warm-up) and what it does. The sections below explain each choice.
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 18, 2026 and October 29, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros. –: not offered, or not checked for this need.
Emelia, when the inboxes you protect also send your campaigns
- 1
Best for: Warm-up, cold email and LinkedIn on one planEach mailbox Emelia’s plan connects is warmed, and the same plan sends your sequences from it: 3 mailboxes on Start, 50 on Grow, with 1 to 10 LinkedIn accounts and email finding in credits. It is billed monthly, with no commitment, where Folderly takes a year paid upfront. Compared with Folderly, Emelia runs no placement test and assigns no specialist; what it adds is the sending itself.

- 1
Best for: A per-mailbox rate with spam-test credits includedMailReach also prices by the mailbox, $25 a month each up to 5 and down to $16 from 51, and adds 20 spam-test credits a month for the whole account. Email verification and blacklist monitoring come in the same subscription, and a 7-day trial is offered. Folderly next to the tools it is compared with
Both sit next to your sending tool rather than replacing it. InboxAlly bills sender profiles, from $149 a month for 1 profile on Starter: its seed addresses engage with your real campaigns, an automatic warm-up is included, and every tier has placement testing, with a 10-day trial without a card. Folderly, for its part, bills each mailbox by the year.
Warmy counts tests inside each mailbox’s plan, 5 a month on Starter at $49. At Folderly, tests belong to a separate product, Inbox Insights: 2 free a month per account, then $79 a month for 100. Neither sends your campaigns.
In part. Instantly is a sending tool whose plans include warm-up for unlimited accounts, from $47 a month on Growth, and it sells placement tests as a separate subscription from $47 a month. Unlike Folderly, it sends the campaigns. Emelia works the same way for warm-up and sending, and adds LinkedIn to the plan.
