Prospeo alternatives compared: price and features
One row per tool from this page, Prospeo first for reference: who it suits, its entry price for the same need (credits only) and what it does. The sections below explain each choice.
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 8, 2026 and October 23, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros. –: not offered, or not checked for this need.
Emelia and Apollo: finding the contacts, then emailing them from the same tool
Prospeo stops at the data and hands it to a CRM or a sending tool. Emelia and Apollo both find the contacts and send the emails too; Emelia’s credits, bought by the month, stay usable 12 months, and its plans add LinkedIn to the sequences.
- 1
Best for: Finding contacts and writing to them from one toolCredit packs start at $19 a month for 1,000 credits and are never priced per user: 1 credit per email found, 50 per mobile found through a waterfall of providers, refunded when nothing turns up, and 0.25 to check an imported address. Unlike Prospeo’s, unused credits stay valid 12 months after purchase, even after you cancel. On a LinkedIn profile, the Emelia extension finds the email and the number, and its plans run email and LinkedIn sequences and export Sales Navigator searches with no limit on the number of exports, from $37 a month. What it lacks is a searchable contact database of its own.

In return, the licence includes sequences from one connected mailbox, capped at 250 emails a day, so the contacts can be emailed without a second tool. Prospeo vs Apollo: finding contacts, or finding and emailing them
Both sell a searchable B2B database and per-user plans in dollars with monthly credits: Prospeo claims 280 million profiles, Apollo 240 million contacts. The split is what happens next. Prospeo stops at the data and pushes it to a CRM or a sending tool; Apollo adds sequences, a dialer and a mailbox per licence. Credits differ too: Prospeo charges 10 for a mobile with its email, Apollo 8 for a phone number and 1 for an email; both reset unused credits.

How a team is billed
Prospeo and Apollo bill in US dollars; Emelia’s prices exclude tax and follow your currency. Database sizes are the vendors’ own figures. Emelia’s email sequences need one of its plans (Start from $37 a month); its credit packs alone cover finding emails and numbers.
Sales Navigator extraction, which Prospeo no longer does: Evaboot and Emelia’s extension
Prospeo sold a Sales Navigator export at 1 credit per lead until mid-2025; it was off the pricing page by July 13, 2025. With Emelia, the “Export with Emelia” button sends a Sales Navigator search to Emelia, which extracts the leads: export your Sales Navigator searches with no limit on the number of exports, from $37 a month before tax (the export, step by step). Evaboot does the extraction alone.
- 1
Best for: Sales Navigator searches and lists turned into a clean fileEvaboot reads a Sales Navigator search or lead list and returns a spreadsheet with each lead’s email looked up and verified, from $9 a month for 100 credits. It charges 1 credit for every exported lead, an email found or not, where Prospeo only charges results. It needs your own Sales Navigator subscription, finds no mobile numbers in-house and sends nothing.

Lusha, Cognism, ZoomInfo: the three tools Prospeo compares itself with
Prospeo’s site has a “Prospeo vs” page for each of them. All three sell contact data with direct dials, from larger databases by their own count, and two of them only on quote.
- 1

A phone number costs 5 credits against 10 at Prospeo, but credits come scarcer: 400 for $49.90 a month on Starter, one seat, against 2,000 for $49.

Other names that come up next to Prospeo
This page sets 10 tools against Prospeo, grouped by the part of Prospeo they replace: finding the contacts and emailing them (Emelia, Apollo), Sales Navigator lists (Emelia’s extension, Evaboot), phone data at scale (Lusha, Cognism, ZoomInfo) and file enrichment paid per result (Hunter, Icypeas, Dropcontact, FullEnrich). Emelia is the one whose credits stay valid 12 months, even after you cancel.
Both come up in the same searches as Prospeo: Findymail, an email finder whose extension still exports Sales Navigator searches per its help centre, and BetterContact, one of the enrichment providers Clay can call. Their prices are not part of this comparison, so no figure is given for them.
Like Prospeo, RocketReach sells per-user lookups of emails and phone numbers in its own contact database. It is not priced on this page.
Not at these volumes: for 100 mobile numbers a month, Kaspr’s cheapest licence and packs come to $65 against $49 at Prospeo, and for 500 mobile numbers a month, Kaspr’s cheapest licence and packs come to $220 against $99 at Prospeo, one user in each case. Kaspr includes phone credits in each licence and sells packs on top; Prospeo spends 10 credits from its monthly allowance. Emelia finds a number for 50 credits through a waterfall, refunded when none is found.
