Warmy alternatives compared: price and features
One row per tool from this page, Warmy first for reference: who it suits, its entry price for the same need (mailbox warm-up) and what it does. The sections below explain each choice.
Monthly prices, billed monthly unless stated, excluding VAT, read on each publisher’s site (checked between October 6, 2026 and October 29, 2026). Emelia’s prices follow your currency; tools billed in dollars only stay in dollars, and those billed in euros only stay in euros.
Emelia: warm-up included with sending, LinkedIn and email finding
- 1
Best for: Warming, sending and LinkedIn under one subscriptionEvery mailbox the plan connects is warmed: 3 on Start, 50 on Grow, unlimited within a fair use of 1,000 on Scale. The same plan sends your email sequences from those mailboxes, runs 1 to 10 LinkedIn accounts and finds emails in credits. Against Warmy, there is no placement test and no expert assigned to the account; the warm-up is not a separate subscription per mailbox but part of the plan you send with.

Deliverability suites with placement tests: MailReach, Folderly, InboxAlly
Like Warmy, these three tell you where your emails land, not only how warm a mailbox is. None of them sends your campaigns.
- 1
Best for: A published per-mailbox rate with spam testsMailReach bills by the mailbox too, at a published rate that falls as you add them: $25 each up to 5, down to $16 from 51 to 100. Its plan includes 20 spam-test credits a month for all your mailboxes, one placement test each. Per mailbox, it stays under Warmy’s Starter at every count, but there is no trial of the warm-up.

Placement tests sit in a separate product, Inbox Insights, with 2 free tests a month. Against Warmy, each mailbox costs more and you commit for a year, where Warmy bills month by month.

Best for: Seed engagement on live campaigns, or an automatic warm-upInboxAlly runs its own automatic warm-up, Autowarmup, and can also lend engagement to the campaigns you already send: its seed addresses sit among your recipients, then open, answer and rescue those messages from spam folders. Pricing follows sender profiles, starting at $149 monthly for a single profile on Starter, and every tier includes placement testing; a 10-day trial runs without a credit card. Compared with Warmy, it starts higher and bills sender profiles rather than mailboxes.

Billed by the number of mailboxes: Warmup Inbox, lemwarm, Warmbox, Mailwarm
Warmy’s bill grows with each mailbox; so do these four, either per mailbox or in plans with a set number of mailboxes.
- 1
Best for: A per-inbox rate that drops with volume, plus sequencesWarmup Inbox charges per inbox on a sliding scale: on Basic, its pricing slider starts at $19 a month for one inbox and lowers the average with each inbox added, down to $9.50 each at 50 (the stepped grid in its page data matches at those points and runs a little higher in between); a quote beyond 50. Its plans also send outreach sequences from the mailboxes it warms, something Warmy leaves to another tool. The 7-day trial needs no card; LinkedIn is not part of it.

Best for: One subscription per address, or free inside lemlistlemlist’s warm-up is sold per address on its own: $29 a month on Essential, $49 on Smart, less by the quarter or the year, and it comes with every paid lemlist plan. Alone, it has neither placement tests nor a trial, two things Warmy offers. Mailbox for mailbox, Essential costs less than Warmy’s Starter.

Its inbox placement check is still announced as coming soon, and it sends no campaigns. For 3 mailboxes, Start-up costs less than 3 Warmy Starter plans.

Best for: Expert calls included from the first planMailwarm also fixes the mailboxes per plan: Starter for 1 at $79 a month, Growth for 3 at $189 a month and Scale for 10 at $549 a month, less on yearly billing, then a tailored quote. Each plan includes calls with a deliverability expert, 1 a month on Starter. It offers no traditional free trial. Against Warmy, a single mailbox costs more, and the human help comes as expert calls and an account manager rather than a round-the-clock chat.

One daily volume for all your inboxes: TrulyInbox, Mailivery
Here the bill does not count mailboxes at all: a plan buys a daily warm-up volume that every connected mailbox draws from.
- 1
Best for: Many accounts on one shared allowance, one freeTrulyInbox suggests a size for each plan: Starter at $29 a month for about 3 inboxes, Growth at $99 a month for about 15 inboxes and Scale at $199 a month for about 50 inboxes. One account warms for free. The 7-day trial needs no card, and a refund can be claimed within 14 days of the first payment. It sends nothing; Saleshandy’s warm-up runs on it. Against Warmy, several mailboxes cost far less, since adding one does not add a plan.

Best for: Shared volume with placement tests in every planMailivery spreads one daily volume across unlimited mailboxes and caps how many warm-up emails each mailbox sends, a limit it says keeps its network made of responsible senders. Placement tests come with every plan: 10 test credits on Starter at $29, 30 test credits on Professional at $79 and 100 test credits on Business at $199. A 7-day trial comes with Starter. Against Warmy, the entry plan costs less and carries more tests, for a volume shared by all your mailboxes rather than a plan for each.

Warmy against the tools it gets compared with
They tackle the same worry from two ends. Warmy warms each mailbox and tests placement on a seed list, from $49 a month per mailbox; InboxAlly runs its own warm-up and can also act on your real sends through its seed addresses, from $149 a month for one sender profile. Both leave the campaigns to your sending tool.
All three sit beside a sending tool. MailReach and Warmy bill per mailbox, MailReach from $25 with 20 spam-test credits a month, Warmy from $49 with 5 to 50 placement tests depending on the plan; InboxAlly bills sender profiles. Emelia is the one that warms and sends from the same plan.
Close, not identical. Both pair warm-up with deliverability monitoring and human experts, but Folderly is billed per mailbox by the year only, from $96 a month each, and sells placement tests in Inbox Insights, while Warmy bills monthly and includes its tests in the plan.
Mailivery spreads one daily volume over unlimited mailboxes from $29 a month, with 10 placement tests; Warmy attaches a plan to each mailbox, from $49, with 5 tests on Starter. With several mailboxes, Mailivery’s bill follows the daily volume they share, while Warmy’s grows with each one.
From $49 a month, and one plan per mailbox in its app. The Warmy pricing page sets out the grid and the bill for several mailboxes; the Warmy overview covers its tests, API and support.
